Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Delete Your Data
If you would like to delete your Scorus account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the following methods:
Option A: Delete from the App
- Open the Scorus app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option B: Contact Us
If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by contacting us through our Instagram page or the contact form on our website. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Match history and statistics
- Health data collected through Apple HealthKit
- Friend connections and match invitations
- Subscription information (your App Store subscription must be cancelled separately)
3. Data Retention
After a deletion request is made, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
Please note that some anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
4. Third-Party Data
If you signed in using a third-party service (such as Facebook or Apple), deleting your Scorus account does not delete your third-party account. You will need to revoke Scorus's access separately through that service's settings.
