By downloading, installing, or using the Scorus mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scorus is a mobile application designed for padel players to:

  • Track match scores and results
  • View performance statistics
  • Connect with other players
  • Send and receive match invitations
  • Monitor health metrics during matches (Premium feature)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading match data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Premium Subscription

Scorus offers premium features through a subscription service:

  • Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scorus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (such as profile information and match data). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Health data features are for informational purposes only and should not be used as medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scorus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
